John Thompson is a former Shearman & Sterling securities lawyer and leveraged finance investment banker at Citicorp and Salomon Smith Barney in New York.

Mr. Thompson has extensive experience and strong relationships in both the Native and non-Native gaming sectors, serving as financial advisor and/or developer in transactions valued at well over $1 billion in multiple gaming jurisdictions.

Mr. Thompson received his Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Austin and his J.D. From The University of Texas School of Law.
